Q & A
Q1: What is your background and what are you doing now?
A1: “Amanda "Mandy" Ralston is serial founder, an award-winning entrepreneur, and international thought-leader, and 25- year veteran practitioner and subject matter expert in behavior analysis and autism. Her most recent venture is NonBinary Solutions - a data analytics and technology firm making Clinical Decision Support Systems for constituents of neurodiversity. Her behavior continues to be shaped by its impact on a world where autism exists, and the field of behavior analysis."

Q2: How did you to come up with the idea for NonBinary Solutions?
A2: "After my clinic was successfully acquired in 2019 and became part of a large conglomeration of clinics - I saw first hand that every single group of providers had a very different approach to supports and treatment planning. And mostly because that's all I have ever known to do. Nothing in the field is standardized in terms of decision making."
Q3: What has been the most rewarding part of founding your own startup?
A3: "I’m a connector. It’s how my brain is wired. 🧠I see patterns where others see disparate ideas.
