Q1: What is your background and what are you doing now?
A1: “I’ve been coaching college basketball since 2004. I’m currently the Head Men’s Basketball Coach as well as an instructor in the College of Exercise Science at Kentucky State University."

Q2: What inspired you to create your technology?
A2: "I actually created it for my Capstone Project to complete my doctoral studies at Morehead State University. I saw how this is needed and can be helpful to schools, so I’ve continued with innovation."
Q3: What has been the most rewarding part of creating your technology?
A3: "Building a team and capitalizing on the expertise of different people."
Q4: What community resources would you recommend to other innovators?
A4: "I’ve learned a great deal from participating in the LaunchBlue Programs, KYNETIC, has helped me a great deal, and Jericho Wilkerson from Kentucky Commercialization Ventures has provided guidance from day one."
Q5: What is one piece of advice you would share to anyone considering becoming an innovator?
A5: “Keep moving forward, even when you don’t see the light of the end of the tunnel. You will encounter barriers, it’s nothing that you won’t be able to overcome."
